Yes, we offer full customization services for all types of socks, including sports socks (basketball, football, running), crew socks, ankle socks, dress socks, casual socks, and promotional socks.
logo (embroidery, printing, jacquard, intarsia), color scheme, pattern design, sock length (low cut, mid calf, over the calf), material (cotton, polyester, nylon, spandex, or mixed fabrics), thickness, cushioning (towel bottom, flat bottom), size, and packaging (polybag, hang tag, woven label, gift box, custom printed packaging).
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom socks?
The MOQ varies by sock type and customization complexity:
Sports socks (basketball, running): 300–500 pairs per design/color
Casual/crew/ankle socks: 500–1000 pairs per design/color
Dress/promotional socks: 500–1000 pairs per design/color
For simple customization (e.g., logo printing), the MOQ can be appropriately reduced. Please contact our customer service for details.
3. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes, we provide custom samples to help you confirm the design, color, material, workmanship, and fit. You can check the sample quality and make adjustments before placing the bulk order to avoid any discrepancies.
4. How much is the sample fee, and is it refundable?
The samples will be free,If just add your logo onto our styles,
The sample fee depends on your design complexity (e.g., logo type, pattern difficulty, material selection). Generally, it ranges from $20 to $50 per sample.
TThe sample fee will be fully refunded or deducted from your bulk order payment once you place the official order.
6. What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
Sample lead time: 5–7 working days
Bulk production lead time: 15–25 working days after sample approval and receipt of the 30% deposit, or as per specific order as negotiated
7. Can I customize the packaging?
Absolutely. We offer custom packaging services, such as printed polybags, custom hang tags (with your brand logo, product information), woven labels, size labels, barcodes, and gift boxes. You can provide your packaging design, or we can help design it for you.
